Over the weekend, I visited a "Palin for VP" website, and read lots of posts from Palin supporters, most of whom I'm sure hadn't a clue about her just days before.
One such poster channeled Hannity/Limbaugh/O'Reilly, as well as the entire, paranoid FOX News oeuvre by launching into a rambling diatribe, including her invocation of Bill-O's "Greatest Hit": the fear that George Soros is running the country (or something like that.)
Me: Soros? Do you even know George Soros's history, or are you merely espousing Hannity/Limbaugh/O'Reilly talking points? Explain what you know about George Soros, including his work with universities and charities. Do you know one thing about him, or do you only know what Hannity/Limbaugh/O'Reilly tell you? Explain your position.
Her: Good Old George spent millions of dollars in an ad smearing General Patreus, spent millions supporting Moveon.Org. Under the guise of philathropy, he is massively funding the Obama campaign. Obama is only his lacky. Soros doesn't want a true Democratic Society, he wants a very liberal gut wrenching Communist way of life. I have never heard Hannity or Limbaugh talk about Soros. I have read about his work that is only a coverup for his real cause, socialism. He is also a convicted felon for insider trading in 2002. It is no secret he has raised millions for the democrats. I think your name 'johnyrussia' says it all.
You are very characteristic of left-wing liberal fanatics. You wouldn't know truth if it spit in your face. If you have not bled for your country, don't reply to this. You are the type of person that is very harmful to the American society. I guess you agree Obama is the running dog lacky of Soros, Soros has gone to great lenghts to fosture his agenda. You must a companion of Ayers, also. Am actually a centrist who wants this country to prosper. By the way, the prime interest rate is 2.25% compared to socialist Carter's 21.5% interest rate at the end of his presidency if you want to call it that. Obama's presidency would be worse than Carters. Oh, by the way Carter baracaded himself in the White House many months before Reagan took over. You probably don't remember, but Carter was responsible for not settling the Iranian hostage situation that went for 14 months. After a few inept tries to free them which cost only more lives, he gave up. 20 Minutes after Reagan took office, the Iranians let the hostages go because they feared what Reagan would do. Reagan sent Carter to Iran the very next day to greet the hostages he failed to get released. On the topic of finding weapons of mass destructions in Iraq, that was what the Iraqis used on the Kurds. The Iraqi war is fought to keep terrorism there and not have it brought again to our shores. When did you last serve your country? After seeing your website, I think you need to leave the US. We don't need pornagraphy to live a free and decent life. Go to Russia.
I forgot to ask her how she could type and wave a flag and a pitchfork at the same time.

She proves to be as mean and nasty as all the other Republicans are, including the new maverick, Sarah. She had nothing to say last night because she doesn't know anything about anything. All she could do was show her teeth and keep the sarcasm coming. She does do a good snarl face though. Another Hillary she is not. Another right wing nut job she is. I think we'll head to St Paul tonight to see what really is going on. The news is coverint all the "riots". A schoolmate of Guthrie's went the other night to take pictures. He got some of the police spraying mace on everyone, including a 13 year old girl. When the student wouldn't erase his pictures, they tied his hands together for 45 minutes. Whew. Thank God. I feel safer now. Anyway, look for us on the news or on U Tube maybe!
