Coldplay commercial: they sound just like U2 to me. 

(One U2 is enough.)

Kobe's jackin'; let him jack.

(But when he goes to the hole, scare him a little.)

I actually like Jeff Van Gundy on TV. He's self-deprecating. I like Mark Jackson, too.

(The play-by-play guy? Not so much.)

Tied at 20, end of 1st. Pierce and KG haven't even gotten off yet.

Cool.

2nd quarter:

Odom and Radmanovic, 3 fouls. Sit down!

Luke Walton is in for L.A.; I like him because of his Dad, but Luke and one of his equally too-tall brothers blocked my view at a Bob Dylan show in La Jolla a few years ago, plus he wears purple & gold.

(Have another shitty game, boy.)

The chicks in these beer commercials look exactly like the chicks I drank beer with at the Poop Deck during the AVP tourney last weekend.

(I love EVERYTHING about L.A. except the LAKERS!) 

I looked at buying a nosebleed seat for the game. The worst one was $450.00. 

(I love my 20" Sony Vega TV.)

I will always love Jack Nicholson, even in his role as the Ultimate Laker Fan. And that's the Mama's & Papa's producer (among a zillion other acts) Lou Adler that hangs courtside with him.

Sasha Vujacic eats at a French restaurant a block or two down the street from me. He's hitting shots tonight.

(After the game, I'm bribing the chef; every restaurant has some spoiled milk somewhere.)

Pau Gasol eats there, too. And he's as soft as a soufflé.

End of the quarter, only down by 6. Kobe's pissy during the ABC chat.
