A red-faced Bill Clinton apparently shocked the bejeezus out of California superdelegates last weekend, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
"It was one of the worst political meetings I have ever attended", according to one superdelegate.
When Bill Richardson's name came up, "it was as if someone pulled the pin from a grenade", according to the paper.
Richardson, of course, is referred to as "Judas" by Clinton groupie James Carville, and surely by something far worse from Big Bill himself. That Obama endorsement guaranteed no more Super Bowls together, I guess.
"It was very, very intense", said one attendee.
Clinton railed against unfair media treatment, questioned the validity of some state caucuses, and--in an unconfirmed report--wondered who the hell kept calling the house at 3AM.
