I return to L.A. tomorrow, late afternoon. Then I do this all over again, departing LAX Sunday afternoon for Taipei and back here to Guadalajara in the middle of next week. Second verse, same as the first...
I met Cesar, the GM and partner today. I'll meet with Cesar and the owner tomorrow morning and discuss future considerations.
On my immediate agenda: a better piece of carry-on luggage--with rollers and a handle--possibly a Macbook, and a replacement pair of glasses for the ones I lost somewhere between L.A., Taiwan and Guadalajara. And they'll HAVE to be ready in an hour, since I'll need to get all this done Saturday.
As Betty used to say: "No rest for the wicked" (messenger).

Hee hee! When you pick out your glasses, don't forget to tell them you need the lenses too! A pair of glasses without lenses is as bad as a camera without a memory card! Home Friday, out on Sunday?
